Implements template specialization for CTTL_SUB_TOP instruction.

FirstOperandT

Template parameter specifying 1st operand of the instruction.

SecondOperandT

Template parameter specifying 2nd operand of the instruction.

Implements CTTL_SUB_TOP instruction to subtract data from location specified by 2nd operand from location specified by FirstOperandT operand.
