Implements template specialization for CTTL_MUL_TOP instruction.

FirstOperandT

Template parameter specifying 1st operand of the instruction.

SecondOperandT

Template parameter specifying 2nd operand of the instruction.

Implements CTTL_MUL_TOP instruction to multiply data from location specified by 2nd operand at location specified by FirstOperandT operand.
