Implements template specialization for CTTL_DIV_SIZE instruction.

FirstOperandT

Template parameter specifying 1st operand of the instruction.

SecondOperandT

Template parameter specifying 2nd operand of the instruction.

Implements CTTL_DIV_SIZE instruction to divide size of location specified by 2nd operand at location specified by FirstOperandT operand.
